The hotel is beautifully kept and located in a historic area near the center courtyard and a convenient OXXO store. The room was modern and well-appointed with double beds. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The location in the Acapantzingo district is favorable for a short stay.

Location next to the main square, the Event Center and main avenues. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Colibri Acapantzingo nearby. Well-appointed rooms with good lighting and double beds, for example, real good stay! Delicious breakfast — variety of meals.

The location of the hotel was favourable, in the menu for restaurants. Excellent service, though a few employees were awful. I was offered a room with delightful views of the pool side.

In general terms, the Holiday Inn Cuernavaca was what it was supposed to be, but it still left a lot to be desired.
First of all, they had a problem with lack of rooms. check in was at 3 and finally they let us in until 4 even though from 2:20pm when we arrived they told us that our rooms were already assigned and being cleaned and that by 3 we would be inside. was crucial because we had to be at an event at 4, so that time was to freshen up a bit and get ready. That didn't happen, we weren't helped at the front desk, manager never came out, there were huge lines of other people coming to an event inside the hotel and they were in a similar situation. It happens that they had very few cleaning people and everything was delayed. It was terrible. rooms were ok but very hot despite the air conditioning; they only put in 1 small bottle of water despite the fact that they were rooms for two people and, considering all of the above and price per night, it was to be expected that at least breakfast would be included. That either. It's the second worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in.

The very comfortable room
I spoke at about 11:30 to see if I could make an early check in and a certain Abraham who answered my call was not polite at all. When I greeted him I asked for his name and he told me that he could not give it to me. I told him that I would be staying later and that I wanted to check if I could arrive earlier. And in a desperate tone he told me that my reservation was confirmed but that the check in was until 3 PM. I understand the policy but his treatment was terrible, being the first image and contact with the hotel. He treated me as if I were a telephone extortionist because every question I asked him told me that he could not give information. He barely gave his first name and wouldn't give his last name. I told him I would report his deal and he said whatever he wanted. When I arrived after three o'clock he was no longer in reception. Hotels can lose customers because of this kind of employee. The rest of the staff. Staff at check-in and restaurant very good service.

We got great value for our money at Holiday Inn Cuernavaca. The room was spacious and even had enough space for a baby cot. The staff treated us with exceptional kindness and the restaurant and bar service were top-notch.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Even though they made a mistake with the reservation that it was two beds and sent us first to a super small room with a bed and no bathtub, we were very surprised, then they changed us to a larger one where they accommodated the single bed for one of my children and cradle for the baby... so we thought it was great that they took care of that problem AND WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. breakfast was EXCELLENT, WONDERFUL, DELICIOUS FLAVORS, well taken care of, all in a hurry. I went to the aesthetics and treatment was wonderful. courtesies for the children for lunch and dinner SPECTACULAR. Sunday brunch great, perfect music. all very nice and fast. Valet and check out great and fast.
A lot of garbage in the bed area, they could put trash cans or waiters could pick up more constantly. A lot of mosquitoes (MUST FUMIGATE URGENTLY), there is a shaded area for the little ones, everything is very exposed to the sun and we have no choice but to go to the room, the games with slides are very hot and burn their legs: in the pools there is no shade until after 4 pm and there is no other area (especially babies).

The room had a plasma-screen TV and a personal safe, and the bed was comfortable; the location was convenient, although a bit of a walk from Finca Campestre El Olindo.

It is close to main avenues and just a short distance from downtown, where you can explore several museums and enjoy the city's attractions. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in my fare, making it a good value for money.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and it was definitely worth the price. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel staff ensured that everything was in order and the rooms were well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to the downtown area where you can visit several museums and enjoy local restaurants. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in my fare, making it convenient and enjoyable.
There were a few minor improvements that could be made, but overall, everything was okay.

The hotel had two nice swimming pools and offered free Wi-Fi. The location was also convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. One of the complementary facts offered was a valet parking service, which was fast and efficient. In addition, the room was spacious and had comfortable beds.
The restaurant's food was not great and the buffet was overpriced. The coffee was watery and lacked flavor.
